Natural Movement Language Running

Many practitioners, when their qi (energy) is activated, start tilting forward or leaning backward. Those who lean forward gradually transition into relaxed, short steps and gradually begin to run. This spontaneous running sometimes escalates, leading to faster and faster speeds, what we refer to as 'sprinting'. Once sprinting starts, it's often hard to stop, and the speed can be exceptionally rapid, much faster than usual. Only those who have experienced this themselves can truly understand the tremendous internal power within the body. For safety reasons, this form of sprinting isn't encouraged. For practitioners exhibiting this behavior, an ideal place for practice is in a large grassy area, allowing them to sprint freely. However, practitioners can often be undeterred by their surroundings. Even on mountain trails, they might start sprinting, and some might even run quickly up and down stairs or long flights of steps. This type of behavior is not uncommon. The main functions behind these behaviors, as studied by the Association of Natural and Forest Therapy, are linked to practicing and arranging dance steps on a table.
