拍打按摩

在練功的過程中,視個人需要,練功者也會全自動全然放鬆的自我拍打,包括拍身體ヽ拍四肢甚至拍頭根據自律神經律動的拍打,不是蓄意朝某個特定地方的拍打,這就是黃老師所謂的半自動的拍打,你講只是照著人家的方式在拍打, 雖然你覺得是放鬆的,但是常常那只是你自己的感覺,而不是全方位的放鬆。完全的放下全自動的拍打是自己會去找要拍地方,這是在完全放鬆的情況下才能夠做到的。一般人的拍打常常是跟著別人做樣子,看到人家拍肩膀,就跟著排肩膀,看到人家拍胸部就跟著拍胸部。拍打者自以為拍得很舒服,但可能拍的地方並不是你真正需要的。舉例來說,一位叫碧萱的師姐, 她的拍打是全自動的,會自己去找自己需要加強的地方,這兩種拍打是完全不一樣的,這也就是黃老師口中的全套拍打,而不是半套的拍打或者不成套的拍打。所以黃老師的心法最主要的還是放鬆,然後自己的潛能就會被開發出來,而不是一味的模仿別人。雖然模仿別人可以從別人身上得到暗示,但最珍貴的還是自己開發出自己的潛能。 真正的自發拍打常常會拍打到自己需要拍打的地方,而被拍到的地方如果是阻塞或不通常常在被拍到的地方顯現出來,會顯類似烏青的樣子,在對照經絡圖常常可以發現你在哪個地方出現了問題。但這是完全放鬆的拍打才能做到的。


如果在極放鬆的情況下,拍打的人常常會跟周遭的人起了共鳴,也常常可以感受到對方有缺陷之處,忍不住會起了想要拍打對方的願望,這時候他會往對方需要拍打的地方拍打。如果對方也是非常放鬆的狀態,這時候,他常常可以感受到拍打者的力道,但並不會有不舒服的感覺,相反的,他反而是覺得對方找到了自己的需要拍打的地方我感到非常的舒服與快樂。

自然運動者除了常做自我拍打,自我戳擊外,最常見到的動作就是自我按摩。許多長壽者,包括前總統府資政,享壽103歲的陳立夫,養生長壽祕訣之一就是常做自我按摩。可能按摩自己的眼睛、太陽穴、耳朵、頭部、鼻、、唇、顎、頸,背、腰、腳,腳底等以促進血液循環。西方所謂的反射學(Reflexology)其實是源自於東方的按摩治療發方法。其基本理論基礎在於疏通全身的經絡及穴位,也就是反射學所說的約7000處的的神經末稍(nerve endings)。藉著按摩對這些神經末稍造成某種程度的刺激,除了可以活化血液循環外,刺激免疫系統及淋巴系統的運作。練自然禪的人,在放鬆的情況下,常會不自覺地自我按摩器,或靠著樹幹,樹根,樹瘤或任何突出物按摩, 也會對著岩石或大小顆石頭按摩。除了這種按摩外,練功者也常會自我點穴。這種自我按摩的行為也早在二十世紀初就受到美國 「區域治療之父」(the Founding Father of Zone TherapyDr. William Fitzgerald,的認同,而

英國Southampton 大學醫學院研究小組(Primary Medical Care, School of Medicine, University of Southampton UK)也在2005年用電磁共振照相術(functional magnetic resonance imaging)及正子放射型電子掃瞄(positron emission tomography)對穴位按摩的研究做了類似的結論。(註2

享譽國際的吳神父腳底按摩更因此發展了起來。而由自我按摩演變出來的敲經脈、敲穴道、敲經絡、搓身、搓臉、耳、鼻、胸、腎、手腳、揉腹、扣齒磨牙、指縫對擊等動作也都習以為常。

、拔罐、刮痧都不稱為治病, 治病是專業的醫療行為,但是它們幫忙經絡的疏通,經絡疏通了我們身體一些症狀也就減輕了,甚至消失了。


在阿育吠陀自我療癒ayurvedic techniques of self-healing的方法中,很重要的一部分就是自我按摩。自然禪的自我按摩是在放鬆之下下意識,自己對身體不舒服的地方自我拍打及按摩。 有的人會躺在地上泥土磨蹭或者石頭上,尤其是大岩石上,除了吸收泥土或石頭上的稀有元素外,也達到了放鬆的效果,有的人會靠著樹幹樹根樹枝來按摩。有的人會輕輕地揉著自己的肚子。這些都是自動自發的自我療癒沒有任何意念的控制這種按摩才是真正我們所需要的按摩就像當初黃老師躺在大板根樹下按摩的身體一樣。有的人會拿著樹枝猛打自己某個身體部位,不知道的人看起來以為他發瘋了,其實他是樂在其中,因為拍打到的點都是阻塞到的點或是他所需要的點,完全符合了反射學(reflexology)的療愈效果。按摩或拍打的力道也因人而異,視個人需要而有不同,沒有統一的標準。因此自然產的自我按摩自我拍打是自我療癒中非常重要的一部分。與樹按摩

 During the practice process, depending on individual needs, practitioners will automatically and entirely relax and conduct self-tapping, including tapping the body, limbs, and even the head. According to the autonomic rhythmic tapping, it's not an intentional tapping in a specific place. This is what Huang Laoshi refers to as semi-automatic tapping. While you might think you are relaxing, it's often just your own feeling, not a comprehensive relaxation. Completely letting go for full-automatic tapping involves discovering where you need to tap, something achievable only when completely relaxed. Many people's tapping is often imitating others: if they see someone tapping their shoulder, they mimic tapping their shoulder, and the comfort they feel might not be where they genuinely need it. For example, a senior sister named Bixuan taps entirely automatically and independently finds the areas she needs to strengthen, which is entirely different from imitating someone else. This is what Huang Laoshi refers to as full-set tapping, not half-set or incomplete tapping. So, Huang Laoshi's method primarily focuses on relaxation. Only when you relax entirely will your potential be developed, rather than merely imitating others. Although imitation can provide some insight from others, it's the most valuable to develop your potential yourself.

Genuinely spontaneous tapping often hits the areas that need tapping. If the area tapped is obstructed or unusual, it may manifest as something similar to a bruise. By comparing the meridian diagram, you can often detect the problem area. However, this can only be achieved through entirely relaxed tapping.

In an extremely relaxed state, the person tapping often resonates with those around and may sense the shortcomings of others. Unable to resist, they'll have the urge to tap the areas where the other person needs tapping. If the other person is also in a very relaxed state, they often can sense the tapping force but won't feel uncomfortable; instead, they feel extremely comfortable and joyful that the tapper has found the areas they need to tap.

Apart from practicing self-tapping and self-beating, one of the most common movements in Natural Zen is self-massage. Many longevity enthusiasts, including former President's advisor Chen Lifu, who lived to 103, practiced self-massage. They might massage their eyes, temples, ears, head, nose, lips, chin, neck, back, waist, feet, and soles to promote blood circulation. Reflexology is actually derived from Eastern massage therapy. Its fundamental theory is to clear the body's meridians and acupuncture points, about 7000 nerve endings as described by reflexology. By stimulating these nerve endings through massage, it not only activates blood circulation but also stimulates the immune and lymphatic systems.

In the self-healing techniques of Ayurveda, self-massage is a significant part. In Natural Zen, self-massage occurs subconsciously under relaxation, self-tapping and massaging areas of the body that feel uncomfortable. Some people lie on the ground and rub against mud or rocks, especially large stones, absorbing rare elements from the earth or stones and achieving relaxation. Others might massage against tree trunks, roots, or branches. This kind of self-healing is entirely automatic and spontaneous, with no control over thoughts - such massage is truly what we need. Some individuals may vigorously hit certain parts of their body with a branch, appearing crazy to the unknowing but reveling in it because these are the points that are blocked or they need to address, perfectly aligning with the healing effects of reflexology. The force applied in massage or tapping varies from person to person and is different according to individual needs. Hence, self-massage and self-tapping in Natural Zen are crucial parts of self-healing. Associating with the tree in massage, you select a tree that resonates with you, embracing it and exchanging energy with it.
