The meditation in Natural Zen isn't about intentionally thinking about something, nor does it focus on deliberately envisioning beautiful things. When practicing in nature, it's best to completely let go, avoiding overthinking. However, when it's challenging to let go completely, don't force yourself to let go; let it happen naturally. Many distractions or life difficulties are often resolved effectively in a relaxed state. Even if not resolved, practice letting go again and discard distractions once more.

Natural Zen doesn't emphasize meditation but encourages relaxation and understanding in everything. Visualizing oneself in a beautiful world and attaining a harmonious state is a necessary process. Teacher Huang often says to possess a soft heart, which can dissolve many painful past memories.

The human mind often cannot distinguish between imagined situations and actual conditions. In the process of practicing Natural Zen, while naturally entering the envisioned ideal situation, practitioners often feel like an innocent child, brimming with harmonious joy. However, this is not the goal pursued by Natural Zen practitioners. The aim is complete relaxation and emptying to achieve self-repair. It's about internal cellular self-adjustment. While imagining oneself as a beautiful fairy freely flying in the air might be a process, true wisdom lies in letting go. The aim isn't to achieve what Daoism describes as "God can enter stone. God can fly. Not drowning in water. Not burning in fire." Instead, it's about the cells autonomously activating their potential. In a state of complete relaxation, cells return to their most primitive selves, carrying out the most fundamental tasks. This leads to physical health restoration, returning to the original healthy state. The key lies in a single word: looseness.

In such a state, the brain releases the same endorphins, triggering the same neural connections, and muscles respond similarly.
